OEM Filed Warranty...
a CTI Advantage

Supporting every customer in an efficient manner is a CTI goal. The long-term relationships we have developed with manufacturers empower us to file warranty on behalf of operators.

Operators have found it convenient to use this service for two reasons: It (1) frees them from a time consuming procedure and (2) ensures the best consideration for warranty.

During her interview, Renee Wilson, Customer Service Manager, discussed the confusion helicopter operators have about whom is authorized to file OEM warranty. She clarifies this issue and states, "OEM filed warranty is common practice. CTI as a licensed representative for six major OEM's [Eurocopter, Bell, Agusta, Sikorsky, Schweizer and MD] has the capability of filing OEM warranties on behalf of our customers."

New Addition to the Management Team

Composite Technology, Inc. is proud to announce an addition to its management team. Robert Battenberg has nearly 20 years of experience in composite repair. Starting his career as a composite repairman at Aerospatiale Helicopter Corporation, he worked in composite tooling for companies such as Beechcraft, Vought Aircraft Corporation and L&L Tooling. He perfected his management skills as production supervisor and project manager at AVCOM and composite supervisor at Heli-Dyne System.

Robert joined the company in April and fully understands the challenges he is facing. He says, "After 20 years in aviation, next to flight safety, the most common thing every operator expects is getting the aircraft back in the air as quickly as possible. Everyone associated with supporting operators, whether they are a single ship or large operators, must understand that the aircraft must be flying to generate revenues. We understand and grasp this concept. The CTI 's repair shop and its support staff must have the attitude 'WHATEVER it takes'. My job is to make sure that everyone is 100% dedicated and committed to deliver a fast and consistent service of high quality."
