To respond to AOG situations, Composite Technology, Inc. put together a field repair team. We cover a wide array of blade repairs under manufacturer licensing for Agusta, Bell, Eurocopter and Sikorsky.

Field repairs are available internationally and domestically. CTI can provide immediately one of our dedicated field representatives pending parts availability, hazard materials shipments and customs regulations. Field representatives have an extensive knowledge and background in inspection/repairs and will let you benefit from their expertise.

All repairs considered as minor are covered. For example, on a S76 main rotor, stiffeners and tip rib replacement, and skin repairs can be performed on the field. Trim tab, splice cover and estate boot replacement can be done on a 412 main rotor. On a 365 main rotor, root tape, trim tab, lower surface polystrips replacement and small skin repairs can be achieved in the field.
