1) Our site's 911 tech support, online quote request and link exchange forms require users to give personal information (like name and email address). CTI uses customer contact and browser information gathered from these latter forms to send the user information about our company. Customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. CTI uses external companies to host, maintain and help monitor its Web site activity ( See paragraph 2, 3, 4 below ). Though, these companies were chosen for their high ethical code of conduct, CTI cannot be held liable for any transgression committed by these companies. Moreover, CTI frequently monitors for any change in privacy policy of these companies and will revoke its use of these services if they should become unproper.

2) Eventually, our server host (Helicopter Association International) uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with its server and improve its services.

3) The 911 tech support, online quote request and link exchange forms are processed via a third party (Response-O-Matic service) . Response-O-Matic deletes all files, does not harvest email addresses for its use nor does it sell or give away any information pertaining to the users of Response-O-Matic.

4) CTI uses an outside ad company to display a counter/ad (FXWeb) on our site. This counter/ad contains cookies. Cookies received with banner counter/ad are collected by a counter/ad company, and CTI only has access to aggregate statistical information on its site visitors. In no case, can CTI access personal information via this counter/ad company. FXWeb does not perform any logging of visitor email addresses, IP addresses, or hostnames throught the WebTracker statistic tracking service. Also, FXWeb does not sell information regarding the statistics traced and/or any email address submitted.
