Michael Topa, CTI president, and Michael Blake, vice president of worldwide customer service at Sikorsky Aircraft, signed the agreement earlier this year. "By having the license, you have access to the data from the manufacturer," Topa says. "We have the equivalent capabilities of Sikorsky.
