Turn Around Time

- 24 hour quote processing from receipt
- 21 days for composite blades (from customer approval)
- 14 days for metal blades (from customer approval)

CTI also offers AOG and RUSH options for operators who need to expedite their blade repairs.

Warranty (CTI and OEM)

CTI offers 2,000 hours of operation or 3 years after installation, whichever occurs first. Automatically checking for warranty after inspection. CTI, as a licensed representative, files OEM warranties on behalf of operators.

CTI has a dedicated and experienced field repair team to provide blade repairs on-site under manufacturer licensing for Agusta, Bell, Eurocopter and Sikorsky. This service is available internationally and domestically and pertains to the following blade types:
